With supplements, diets and protocols being promoted on every corner of the internet, it's easy to feel overwhelmed when you suspect perimenopause and start looking for answers. Calibrate exists to simplify the strategy for you, and bring everything you need to minimize symptoms and master menopause into one place.


Program Overview

A hormone health program curated by integrative health, wellness and nutrition experts.

  • Program Length : 14 weeks
  • Program Type : Hybrid
  • In-person commitment - One hour in Greenville, NC for pre-program and post-program lab draw, DEXA scan and 3D body scan. Scheduled at your convenience.
  • Virtual commitment - One hour weekly for a webinar with an expert contributor + one hour with your nutritionist for a pre-program and post-program consultation
  • Program Payment : Four monthly payments, or payment-in-full prior to the first day of the program


what is included?

  • Pre/post program lab work, 3D body scan and DEXA scan to measure progress (WAY more accurate than a scale for assessing body composition change, although weight will be one of the many measures included in the assessment for those who want to track it)
  • Pre/Post 1-1 nutrition appointment with a functional nutritionist (in-person or virtual, depending on your preference) to build protocol of diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations and review program results
  • Fully customized weekly macros, meal plan, grocery list and recipes based on what your Pre-assessment determines that your body needs
  • Weekly zoom calls with (8!!) expert contributors about topics including HRT, mental/emotional health, adrenal health, exercise, mobility, nutrition and meal planning in peri/post menopause
  • Community chat + access to functional nutrition coach

FAQs

  • I don’t spend a lot of time in the kitchen, is this still the right program for me?

    Actually, this may be the BEST program for you. None of our recipes take more than 20 minutes to prepare and many of them can be cooked while multitasking with other responsibilities as they bake or simmer. Cultivate was built for the busy people of the world who may or may not know their way around the kitchen, but want to prioritize their health without sacrificing all of their free time for prep.


  • When does the next program start?

    A new cohort begins on the first of every other month, sign up for our email list to be alerted of the next GO-time! Registrations are always open online.


  • Can I do the program while pregnant or breastfeeding?

    Yes, all of the ingredients used during the Cultivate program are safe to consume while pregnant or breastfeeding, but we ask that you please consult  with your Doctor and Healthcare Providers before trying any new dietary protocols.

  • When are the weekly coaching calls for the Pro program?

    Coaching calls are typically every Monday night at 6 pm, but we can always send you the recording if you have to miss for any reason!


  • What do you do in the weekly coaching calls?

    Typically, we discuss anything from grocery substitutions, to recipe questions, to lifestyle questions that may dive deeper into habit change/accomplishing specific goals such as morning and evening routine suggestions or exercise suggestions that Noel is able to answer within her scope of practice.  


  • Will this program help me lose weight?

    Although quality of life is always the main focus, weight loss is almost always a positive side effect of the Cultivate program. Reducing overall inflammatory markers, regulating portion sizes, incorporating higher protein and fiber and eating a whole-foods based diet for one month improves energy, focus, sleep, gut health, immune health, brain health and ultimately metabolism.
